Consultancy & Design
Advantex have been designing IP systems since 2003. In the early days of this technology we recognised that these products would become the best practice products within the market. We have invested heavily in this technology since then and have worked at designing many systems, from small 4-5 camera installs to large campus or Wide Area Network (WAN) systems for international clients.
We will design the system from the foundations up, taking into consideration the main components of your system from the network cabling, switches to the server storage and, of course, the cameras!

Installation
Advantex recognise that the installation of any IP system isn’t just the IP products. That would be far too easy! Many analogue CCTV companies may be able to install cameras but have no concept of the other elements needed, such as switch infrastructures, Network cabling and wireless networks. Likewise, many traditional IT companies have no idea how to install power or work in arduous conditions such as factories or in construction sites.

Implementation
Our team of Silver Accredited engineers are trained to implement and configure IP CCTV systems from market leaders such as Milestone, Axis and Mobotix. We will ensure your system is configured how you expect it for resolution, bandwidth and integration to your other IP systems. Key to the implementation is ensuring your new system will compliment your existing systems, and not cause latency on your network. This is where our engineers knowledge and experience will come through!

Maintenance
Advantex provide tailored support for your IP CCTV hardware, software and networks, working close with vendors such as Axis, Mobotix and Milestone.
We will remotely monitor your system 24/7 for errors or exceptions ensuring we respond to your CCTV issues before you realise you have an issue.
Our Prevensys software will inform us instantly of any errors and our helpdesk will resolve remote or task an engineer to respond by utilising our vehicle tracking software.
