This is the Quality Policy Statement of Advantex Network Solutions Ltd, we aim to provide the customer with a service which meets or exceeds our customer’s requirements, current standards and current legal requirements.
Awareness of customers’ needs is maintained by our team of consultants who conduct regular appraisals to assess a rapidly changing marketplace.
Advantex’s Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to assist in the accomplishment of these aims and to support the company’s efforts to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
We undertake through in-house and external training, instruction and by example to ensure that quality is everyone’s aim throughout the company and that each employee has an understanding of the importance of the Quality Management System.
We ensure that each employee is aware of the Quality Procedures which embrace his/her responsibilities and regular audits are carried out to verify conformance.
The QMS is reviewed by management on a regular basis with appropriate quality objectives being set, continually striving for improvement of the QMS at all times.
