Calls on Teams is a unique add-on to Office 365 which integrates any existing phone system (PBX) with Office 365 enabling the Calls feature within Microsoft Teams or a full Microsoft Teams install using independent SIP trunks.

Existing numbers can be retained and routing and call centre functionality configured in your phone system.
